Practice Plan boost their support team...

Practice Plan, leader in practice branded dental membership plans, is delighted to announce that Michelle Hardy, Regional Support Manager for the East Midlands, will now embark on a new role within the company as Sales Support Manager.

Michelle, who has been with Practice Plan since 2004, will focus on further evolving the services provided to practices using Practice Plan. This includes building upon recent developments such as Practice Plan Perks, the Extranet, the in-house dental marketing agency Black and Yellow and various strategic partnerships with key dental suppliers.

One of Michelle’s key responsibilities will be to provide the Regional Team with the market information and tools needed to ensure Practice Plan clients are receiving the very best advice and support, whether they are an NHS dentist looking to convert to private care, or a private dentist wanting to change plan provider.
