Bob is the name lovingly given to the fantastic new Practiceplan Extranet, which gives speedy access to patient data, acting like an additional pair of helping hands and providing practice teams with that much needed extra bit of support.
Practice Plan are continually developing their service offering and considering ways in which to support the business of dentistry as a whole, and what better way to distinguish what practices need than to simply ask them! And through research, an honest emission they’ve heard increasingly from their customers, is the lack of time people have; there just doesn’t seem to be enough hours in the day! So…Bob to the rescue!
Through Bob, authorised people can view a wide range of information on membership plan patients, from near real-time cancellations and new joiners, to patient counts per plan and online statements. This in turn means those once time consuming, paper-based jobs, like changing a patient’s address, can now all be done quickly and efficiently online! Allowing more time to focus on other jobs, or perhaps get the chance to actually sit down and have a well-earned break!
