Practice Plan came on the scene and I felt that they had the same values as myself, and a plan that could help my patients budget for their yearly dental maintenance, so the wheels were set in motion and we made the move over to Practice Plan.
The switch was very simple, it was a straightforward process of just informing patients of the change. However, I do have to admit that it wasn’t all plain sailing, there were patients resistant to change and so we kept capitation on for a few more years, whilst signing any new patients onto Practice Plan. All the hard work was worth it in the end though and made so much easier with Practice Plan’s help.
Our practice is now very slick and runs exceptionally well, with a very high standard of care. Practice Plan have a range of services, some that suit us, some that don’t, but what is useful is that they are there when we need them, but when we don’t, we are given the freedom to run our practice the way we want to.
The team at Practice Plan have always been very helpful and great to deal with, right from the top to the bottom, everyone genuinely cares about our business. Our Regional Support Manager Lynn Leach is absolutely lovely and ever so helpful. I have to confess though, I choose not to see Lynn as regularly as I could, but when I do need her she is always on hand. Working alongside Practice Plan, I have never had a day’s problem.
Working with Practice Plan has provided me with a regular monthly income and really helps the cash flow, which is a great benefit to any business. The plan has been really well received now that we are in full flow, and I find that many patients really want some type of plan so that they can budget for their dental care. It is also a means of attracting new patients to the practice.
I can happily declare that I would never work with any other company and thus love referring patients to the plan. Practice Plan offer me an excellent hassle free service and not to mention the added perks, like the complimentary annual weekend away, which is an absolute bonus and an incentive worth aiming high for.
