Practice Plan continues to raise the bar...
Practice Plan is delighted with recent results from their annual Customer Satisfaction Survey, which showed 97.9% of their clients were happy with the services and support that the company provide.
For a second year running, a third of clients believed their relationship with Practice Plan had further improved in the last twelve months and the company are already working towards achieving similar, if not better results in 2011, by utilising feedback from the survey.
The leader in practice branded dental membership plans already has a number of exciting developments and events in the pipeline. Bookings are currently being taken for a business planning and strategic marketing event headlined by Andy McDougall in Sunderland on Thursday 5th May and a one-off refreshed workshop of ‘The One-Day Marketing Action Plan’ with Chris Barrow, back by popular demand, in Birmingham on Tuesday 24th May.
Nick Dilworth, Managing Director, said ‘As you can imagine, we are delighted with the results but we also can’t afford to be complacent. It would be all too easy to give ourselves a pat on the back for great feedback but it’s important for us to recognise how we are perceived by our clients and what we can still do to enhance their experience with us.’
