There has always been a private element to our dental practice but, after a great deal of consideration, we felt that it would greatly benefit both ourselves and our patients if we were to implement a dental plan. It meant that our patients could budget for their yearly dental care instead of incurring one off-payments, and we could generate a regular income and continue to provide the high level of dentistry that we wanted to.

We investigated thoroughly and researched into the entire set of plan providers. Our dental plan was created with us in mind, to suit our practice, we didn’t have to adapt ourselves to suit them, Practice Plan adapted themselves to suit us.

The conversion went exceptionally well. We were very well supported, and the whole process was thoroughly explained and the many questions that we had were answered efficiently. We were very lucky to have our Regional Support Manager Sarah Barnard supporting us totally throughout the process and nothing was too much bother for her. Everything was completed at a realistic pace, not rushed, and we were allowed to do things in our own time.

The services that Practice Plan offer are in abundance, but something that we have found invaluable and use extensively is their wonderful marketing support. It quickly became apparent what a well-run marketing department Practice Plan has! The team is so committed to helping us raise our profile and produce outstanding marketing, it’s genuinely refreshing to see such dedication. We’ve really moved forward with Practice Plan’s help, we now produce newsletters, welcome packs and an array of information for our patients that we are hugely proud of.
