Why did they need
our marketing support?
Mark Hill has always provided “top-notch” dentistry, keeping
up with all the latest techniques and services, and decided it was time for his
literature to have a boost to keep up with the developments. After investing thousands
of pounds with marketing agencies, Mark couldn’t get it the way he wanted so when
he found out that we were offering a marketing service he asked for an appointment
to see what we could do.
What did practiceplan
do to help?
We visited the practice, listened to what Mark needed and
understood what he wanted to achieve. Mark wanted to keep his existing logo but
it needed a face-lift to brighten it up. This was followed by giving “face-lifts”
to all of his promotional literature and stationery with the new style and we also
created a bespoke welcome pack for new patients.
Was it successful?
We had achieved everything Mark had hoped for and he was
very pleased with the outcome.
