El-Nashar Dental Care Ltd had invested in a new property,
which meant combining their two existing practices into one. This was a great opportunity
to start creating a consistent brand image and ensure the new practice was opened
in style!

and developed a marketing plan. We had six months before the new practice opened
to understand what they wanted to achieve, design and print the final versions.
We discussed everything from setting up basic stationery to refreshing their current
website. All of our design time is free and we provide the best printing quotes
available through our printing partners, so we were able to offer

everything she needed whilst keeping within her budget.
The final products included letterheads, compliment slips,
business cards, recall cards, referral cards, membership cards, personalised envelopes,
refreshed plan brochures, newsletters, promotional flyers, information packs for
new and existing patients, refreshed website, and finally, we created the invites
for the open days and evenings that they had organised to celebrate the opening
of their new practice.
Was it successful?
The new literature represents the true ethos of the practice;
it provides them with effective tools to ensure their practice brand is noticed
and remembered by new and existing patients. They now have the ability to provide
information packs to new enquiries giving a more professional and informative approach,
and continue to gain more new patients on the plan.
