Deciding on your future

We won't tell you what to do with your future but we can help you prepare for it by drawing on the experience gained in helping hundreds of dentists to develop and implement a plan suited to their specific circumstances. Our starting point is to make sure we fully appreciate the needs of you and your patients so you feel completely confident we understand where you are now and where you want to be, whether that is to stay in or leave the NHS.

Before you make any decisions, we can help you:

  • Undertake a comprehensive financial review of your practice
  • Calculate the most appropriate hourly rate for private care
  • Devise a communications plan that's right for your team and patients.

The decision to convert

If you do make the decision to convert we will be there to support you totally. We will make sure your team are fully prepared and trained to deal with any questions and we will mail all your patients and manage the responses. Along with this, your dedicated Regional Support Manager will be in the practice with you the day you start to transfer your patients.
