Practice Plan Make Generous Donation!

Practice Plan were delighted to present a cheque for £2,500 to the Hope House Children’s Hospices, a registered charity that provides respite, palliative care and terminal nursing for life-limited children, as well as supporting families with a community care team, bereavement support and counselling for as long as they need it.

Practice Plan will make 2 donations to charities this year, with Hope House being one of them.

Hope House relies solely on voluntary donations from the public to fund 95% of their annual running costs, totalling to around £3M. These donations are essential to ensure the continuation of this remarkable charity.
