Fiona Stuart-Wilson and John Shepherd will deliver content designed to help you understand the role of the practice manager and help you discover new skills that will improve your performance over the course of three focused workshops, which can be used to gain the Practice Managers (ILM) level 5 in Management.

Workshop 1 of 3

Practice management covers a huge variety of activities and this workshop examines what an effective manager should be doing in the modern practice. It also explores opportunities for development and allows time for reflection and/or personal development planning.

Learning outcomes:

Develop a blueprint for the key skills and responsibilities of a manager in today's dental practice
Understand the range of activities management involves
Be able to benchmark your own management skills and prepare a personal management development plan.

Each event will cost £200 and only £120 for Practice Plan and Business of Dentistry (BoD) members.

This is a full day event from 9.00am - 4.30pm, which entitles you to 5 hours of verifiable CPD.
