so, how does Practice Plan work? the answer: we work differently
Our aim is to work with you to design a plan that perfectly fits you, your practice and your patients. That is why from the initial meeting with your dedicated regional support manager we will take the time to understand your precise situation, what you’d like to achieve, what makes your team tick, along with the needs of your patients. We will then undertake a financial review to establish your requirements in terms of hourly rate, type and number of plans, discounts and fees, and explain how a unique dental plan can be incorporated into your practice.
types of planWhilst every plan is different depending on the practice needs, typical plans we currently provide are:
Adult and children’s plans – these plans could incorporate two check-ups and two hygiene visits per year, plus 20% discount on most treatments. Annual adult plans, with one check-up and one hygiene visit are also popular
Registration and Insurance Scheme – this plan is designed to provide a registration system for private patients who pay on a fee-per-item basis.
insurance
Insurance is included with all our plans, providing cover for Worldwide Dental Trauma and
Emergency Callout to give your patients peace of mind. We are fully authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority for the conduct of insurance mediation activities
….and there’s more…
they are your patients, not oursWe believe you should keep your individuality, that’s why we work with you to design your own full colour brochure, promoting your plan, stamped with your unique practice identity. We can either help in refreshing your current image, or together we can brainstorm a new representation of your practice – whatever you need, we are here to assist!
training and marketingWe support your practice team by training them on how to introduce the plan, that way they are the experts, and are fully confident when offering the plan to patients. Together with the training, we will provide all the marketing materials necessary to promote your plan and make it a success.
total supportWe will support you by writing to your patients (on your headed paper), handling all the administration, helping to take the pressure off the practice team.
It is critical that when the plan is launched you have all the support you need. So, our customer
service team will be ready to take all your enquiries, and the locally-based regional support manager will be with you, at the practice, to support you and your patients.
The team at Practice Plan is always on hand if you need our support, further training or advice. And together, we can help you to promote your plan in your area.
