Practice Plan is one of the UK’s largest providers of patient membership plans and a leader in successful change management. Our NHS Change Support Team is a group of specialists on hand to provide expert support and guidance from helping you answer the most fundamental question of whether the move to private dentistry is viable for your practice, to supporting you through to a successful conversion.

The team is made up of your own dedicated Regional Support Manager (RSM) and six business and industry specialists who are experts in a wide range of important business areas, all key to a successful transition to private dentistry.

Our RSMs have many years' experience of helping practices like yours to convert to private practice. In fact, many were about during the last major NHS contract reform in 2006.

Kerrie has worked for Practice Plan since 2005 managing the systems and support services offered by Practice Plan's head office team. She was an integral part of the team setting up and administering practices new membership plans in 2006 and has been a key part of managing the whole process for over 9 years. She truly understands the types of support and guidance practices' need to make a smooth transition from the NHS to private practice and provides on-going business support to help each practice develop.
