Here at Practice Plan we value our clients, which is why we like to reward their loyalty by inviting them to attend one of our fantastic (legendary?) Club Weekends. Our aim is for them to have the chance to mix with like-minded people in a relaxed atmosphere. Somewhere they can share their experience of running a dental practice with people who understand what it’s really like.
Our lovely clients always tell us how much they have enjoyed themselves, and we believe them. But nobody has been able to sum it up as well as Dr Manish Chitnis who went on our most recent Club Weekend in Spain. His Facebook post got us right in the feels as it’s a total validation of everything we try to achieve here at Practice Plan.

‘Some businesses gain clients. The special ones create a tribe.
There are moments in business when you realise that the most valuable things cannot be measured on a spreadsheet.
They are measured in relationships. In trust. In laughter. In shared journeys. And in that wonderful feeling of simply belonging.
This weekend, Shilpa and I are here with some of our wonderful Dental Concepts family — Dr Meghna, Dr Aditi, Eliza and Deepa — enjoying the Practice Plan Club Weekend.
And as I sat here reflecting, I realised just how much our relationship with Practice Plan has evolved over the years.
It may have started as a business relationship.
But somewhere along the journey, it became something much more.
We became part of a tribe.
A tribe where you are welcomed with genuine warmth. Where people remember you. Where conversations continue from one year to the next. Where success is celebrated together. Where there is laughter, friendship and a genuine desire to see each other grow.
That is something incredibly rare in business.
Because great businesses don’t simply sell products or provide services. They create a feeling.
A feeling that says:
You belong here.
We know you.
We value you.
And we are on this journey together.
That is what Practice Plan has created for us at Dental Concepts.
And behind that feeling are some truly wonderful human beings.

And perhaps this photograph says it better than I ever could — two people smiling, surrounded by friends and colleagues, grateful for the journey so far and excited about everything still to come.
