From feeling forgotten to feeling supported

Dr Hema Arora made the decision to move to Practice Plan after feeling increasingly unsupported by her previous provider. She described her former experience as very much a case of “we’ve collected your payments, and now it’s over to you.” With no contact from her area support manager, no updates on changes and a sense of being a “quiet client,” she began exploring alternatives.
