Les is Creative Consultant at Practice Plan, bringing over 30 years’ experience in design, marketing, branding and strategic consultancy. A regular speaker at UK dental events, he helps dental teams get creative with their marketing and communications.
Lauren Harrhy, Principal Dentist and Owner, Sparkle Dental Centre 
Lauren is Principal Dentist and owner of Sparkle Dental Centre, as well as a passionate advocate for the mental health and wellbeing of dental professionals. A founding member and trustee of Confidental, she is also actively involved in shaping NHS dentistry in Wales and serves on several BDA committees, including co-chairing its Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
Manish Chitnis, Principal Dentist and Owner, Dental Concepts 
Manish is a cosmetic dentist with over 28 years’ experience and, alongside his wife Dr Shilpa Chitnis, owns Dental Concepts, a group of practices across the UK and India. He is also the owner of Denttrack, a dental business management platform designed to streamline practice systems and processes.
